I spent two decades in leadership — from corporate director to beauty founder — before turning my attention to what matters most: how women find love by coming home to themselves.

I'm a certified VITA™ coach, and a mother.

I guide high-achieving women back into the body — so intimacy becomes real again. Less performance. More presence. Less strategy. More truth.

My work is rooted in one knowing: your body already knows what's true.
